Please check our SIZE GUIDE before you place order comparing your regular US, EU or UK size, and please take a video to us when you do the foot measurement particularly for the length of both feet.
Please place your order according to your US size.
After placing the order, please measure your left and right foot according to the following foot measurement guide and send the measurement data to us by email.
We will hold a meeting to verify your data and reply with your final size within 24 to 48 hours. If you fall into the E or EE category, or if your instep is relatively high, we will make slight adjustments to the lasts based on your actual data before manufacturing your shoes and boots.
