PETER QU will gladly accept returns within 15 days after you received our footwear. To avoid scuff marks, we strongly recommend trying footwear on carpet.

1. After you complete the payment for the order, we will contact you via email within 24-48 hours to confirm all the details of the order. 
2. If you decide to cancel the order after payment, we will handle it within 24-48 hours. 
3. If you cancel the order before the shipping time and within the time limit allowed for order cancellation as stipulated on the website, the order can be cancelled. 
4. Your refund will generally be returned to your payment account within 3 to 5 working days. However, the arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank.

Returned items must be:

》Unworn and in original, mint condition.

》Tried indoors only.

》Including all accessories, packaging.

Exchange the goods

If you need to exchange for another pair or shoes or boots equal value, we are willing to cover the shipping cost for returning goods for only once.

Return Shipping Cost

》Customer can choose any express company to ship the goods back to us at client’s cost.

》Or you ship the goods back to us at our cost, but we will deduct $80 USD from the refund amount.
