shipping: Once we confirm the order details with you by email, It will take around 4-6 weeks to complete your shoes or boots. we will keep you posted during the process. we will ship by UPS or DHL express company, It normally takes 5 to 10 days to deliver to your address depends on the destination.
returns: Since this is the MTO order, we do not accept any requests for returns or exchanges.
10-11 inches boots
This pair of Engineer boots were MTO by one of clients from UK.
It is based on our existing style ENGINEER in PETER QU shell cordovan, and we hand dye the color in black. We made the whole shaft wider than our standard design as client’s need, and we embossed the client’s special logo on the outsole, also used thin commando sole and heel instead of our style versin of thicker half guitar sole and heel.

Foot Measurement
Please place your order according to your US size.
After placing the order, please measure your left and right feet according to the following foot measurement guide and send the measurement data to us by email.
We will hold a meeting to verify your data and reply with your final size within 24 to 48 hours. If you fall into the E or EE or EEE category, or if your instep is relatively high, we will make slight adjustments to the lasts based on your actual data before manufacturing your shoes and boots.
