Preface: Crafted entirely in our own factory, we leverage decades of expertise to offer global customers Made-to-Order (MTO) and Made-to-Measure (MTM) services. All Shell Cordovan styles are available in five signature colors: Black, Burgundy, Cigar, Ravello, and Whiskey (reference image below).

1. Shell Cordovan Color
Request any non-standard Shell Cordovan color for an additional $50.
Note: Basic colors (Black/Burgundy/Cigar/Ravello/Whiskey) incur no charge.

2. Complimentary Customizations
Adjust at no extra cost:
- Eyelet/hook hardware color
- Stitching thread color
- Outsole/heel edge finish
- Eyelet/hook configuration
- Additional laces

3. Construction Modification
Change welt type (e.g. hand-welted or stitch-down) for $50.

4. Pattern Adjustment
Modify existing patterns or transfer designs between lasts: $50.

5. Arch Support
Added free of charge.
Standard on JUN & DEC lasts; available for all core lasts.

6. Sole Personalization
Emboss custom text/logo on leather soles: $50.

We waive the MTM surcharge for all orders.
Ideal for:

- Wide/narrow foot volumes
- Special conditions (e.g. bunions or upward-curling toes)
